With a passion for tourism from an early age, Andresa Toscan, a Brazilian with a degree in Tourism since 2002, built a solid and multifaceted career. After completing her master’s in Hospitality Management in Brazil, she began her journey in the industry, working at the Ministry of Tourism, where she deepened her knowledge of the market and the needs of travelers.
Determined to expand her skills, Andresa moved to France, where she honed her expertise at renowned 4-star hotels and Michelin Guide-awarded establishments. After years of experience, she reached a significant milestone by becoming director of Logis de la Cadène in Saint Émilion and receiving the prestigious Michelin Key in 2024.
Her journey has given her a unique insight into the challenges and expectations of both tourists and property owners. With this vast knowledge, Andresa understands what is necessary to provide a seamless travel experience and impeccable property management.
Inspired by her daughter Giulia and with the vision of combining agility, ease, and optimization in services, she founded Agil Concierge. Her mission is clear: to ensure that every traveler makes the most of their stay and that every property owner has the peace of mind knowing their property is in experienced and caring hands.
